Women’s Circles
You know there is more…
It is a knowing you have in your bones and a stirring in your soul. You are craving MORE CONNECTION, MORE CONSCIOUSNESS. But instead we often feel isolated, lonely and disconnected - from others and from ourselves.
Our busy lives mean that it can be impossible to find the connection we are craving. The act of gathering with other women is revolutionary in a society where we are often busy and apart.
This might just be the radical act of self-care you’ve been searching for.
Magical, healing, and empowering things happen when women gather together. Circles are a powerful place of self understanding and deep inner healing, nourishing in a profound way.
So what is a Women’s Circle?
Circle is a space to experience and embrace the energy that resides within each and every woman. It is a place to give and receive love and nurturing, and to share wisdom through our stories. I have witnessed incredible transformation take place for women in Circle, and have experienced this transformation myself!
The practice of women coming together to sit and share is nothing new – circles have been taking place for thousands of years.
Circle is a relatively simple practice where we sit together in a circle around a central point that honours the seasons, come into our bodies in a guided meditation and then share what is moving you. There are opportunities to talk and listen co-creating a safer space to hear and be heard. We don’t offer advice or pass judgement: the point isn’t to problem solve and that can be a relief, especially if you are prone to overthinking about the right thing to say!
Circles change throughout the seasons and can also include -
Guided meditation
Seasonal intentions
Cacao (a heart opening plant medicine)
Fire (if outdoors)
Oracle cards
Release and intention rituals
The offerings are always ceremonial and connecting.

What to wear -
Anything you like! Yes, seriously. You can come straight from work or straight from the garden. You can take this as an opportunity to be your fullest, most exuberant and flowy self… or you can come having just crawled out of bed. Show up as you are and as you choose, you are welcome here.
What to bring -
Yourself. Showing up for ourselves is sometimes the hardest thing to do. Particularly when things are hard. But you are here for a reason - and this might be just the thing you have been searching for.
Layers - we have a lovely space. Bring layers so that you can put them on/take them off and get as comfortable as possible.
An offering for the centre if you feel called to do so. This can be anything - a picture, a leaf, a flower, a stone.
A journal (if you have one)

When women gather in Circle we heal ourselves and support others to do the same.
We are drawn to this because deep in our soul we know that it feels so right to support, and be supported by a community of women.
In a world where there is so much separation and division, Circle reminds us that we truly are a part of a greater whole - and that we are all in this together.
