What is a Soul & Embodiment Journey?
This is a 12 week journey tailored to your needs, experiences and dreams.
I say journey because we’ll follow a bespoke programme designed to examine your past and shape a new present. Commiting to your process means you will find out more about what is holding you in patterns, and how you can move these pieces to unlock a different way of moving through the world and relationships.
IT’S TIME TO BE ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN OUR OWN LIVES, TO LIVE AND EXPERIENCE MORE JOY, MORE PRESENCE, MORE CONNECTION, MORE PEACE, MORE PLEASURE.
This goes beyond just talking. I use somatic and experiential tools to support your journey to find parts of yourself that were previously hidden.
When you learn about yourself, you take back your power.
When you listen to your body, you realise you have all the tools you need.
When you realise that your beliefs about who you are and what you can have are not fixed, you can change deep rooted patterns, forever.
